I will only deal with Comfort Air
After having a horrible experience with another company, and still no resolution to our low flame in our gas fireplace, we had Comfort Air stop by for a second opinion. They fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes (low flame was due to blocked burner orifice), provided AWESOME customer service, and only charged us half of what we paid to the previous company. I should also mention that they showed up at our place within 2 hours of calling them, which is incredibly fast for a non-emergency service call. From now on, I will only deal with Comfort Air. I would highly recommend this company!

I had Comfort Air install a fireplace, A/C and humidifier in my new home last year. Kevin, Cam and the rest of the Comfort Air team were all straight forward, punctual, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. They got everything hooked up and going in one day. It was a big job to get it all done in one day but they executed as they promised. I highly recommend Kevin and the Comfort Air team for an excellent job at an excellent price. I wouldn’t hesitate to call or recommend them if I needed a dependable HVAC contractor.

You were of course right Kam….we did NOT have a problem with leaks of gas and CO.
Recently a local Utilities Company had carried out an inspection on my gas fire insert. They informed me I had a gas leak and CO2 leak. I contacted ComfortAir who had installed the insert just 2 years ago. Kam of Comfort Air immediately came out and thoroughly checked several times to our satisfaction and he concluded there was no leak of any sort. However I was very concerned about their findings and yours being so adverse. So I requested a further check by them. A senior technician came and confirmed all was good and he indicated their check had been incorrectly carried out.
So thank you ComfortAir and Kam once again for your prompt service.We’ll be in touch when we need new air conditioner.
